BSU's Building Sizes Near Single-Family Homes: Please Comment Below

Boise State’s expanded campus boundary will directly abut parcels with privately-owned single-family homes. Currently the setback from the campus boundary for new buildings is 20 feet.

Buildings may be up to 45 feet tall at that distance, and up to 75 feet tall if they are more than 50 feet from the campus boundary.
